Legitimate interest for follow-up and site security. Consent for any analytics that are not strictly necessary.
Retention
Contact messages: 6 months. Booking records: as long as required by accounting and tax rules. Analytics: up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under EU GDPR (and France's loi Informatique et Libertes), you have the right to access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability. Email [email protected] with a clear request. Reply within one month.
Cookies
The site runs without tracking cookies by default. If a consent banner appears, it lets you refuse non-essential cookies without restricting browsing.
